The idea

• World Cafe Programming & Artist Hospitality Internship.
• World Cafe is a radio program hosted by David Dye in Philadelphia, PA on WXPN and is nationally syndicated on over 200 NPR member stations. The show includes a mix of music from blues, rock, folk, and world music to country, along with live performances and interviews.

The process

• Assisted with in-studio artist hospitality and guest services during live performances at the World Cafe Live.
• Prepared, provided research, and maintained playlist catalogs including formatting scripts and writing promotional copy.
• Updated broadcast calendars and World Café bookings during the internship.
