- Improved Customer Experience by tracking the path of over 50,000 customers throughout the event to improve efficiency.
- Surveyed festival grounds for errors while providing information to festival patrons.
- Monitored various teams and stepped in when situations escalate, including dispatching medical or security as necessary.
- Assisted with ingress/egress operations including crowd/access control, tracking wait times and tickets upon entry.
- Additional responsibilities: artist relations, lost & found.
